How often should I have my windows cleaned?

Most Charlotte homeowners do it twice a year, spring and fall. Homes near pollen-heavy trees or busy roads often add a cleaning in between.

Do you clean inside and outside?

You choose. Many customers go exterior-only, and interior plus exterior is available on every job. Each scope is priced separately, so you only pay for what you want.

What about screens, tracks, and sills?

Screen cleaning is an add-on, and a detailed tracks-and-sills cleaning is a premium upgrade. We will quote them with your estimate so there are no surprises.

Can you remove hard-water spots?

Yes, as an add-on. Mineral staining takes extra products and time beyond a standard cleaning, so we look at the glass and quote it separately.

Will you get the second-story windows?

Yes. We use water-fed poles and the right ladders and safety gear to reach upper floors and high glass safely.

Is it safe for my landscaping?

Yes. Our purified-water method uses no harsh chemicals, so it is safe for plants, pets, and people.
