Fort Mill is not one kind of house, and the glass changes with the neighborhood. Those are hard-water minerals, usually from irrigation hitting the glass. Fresh spotting comes off in a standard cleaning. When it has built up over several seasons it needs a treatment that dissolves it, which is priced by how much buildup there is. Mention it when you ask for an estimate and we can quote it properly.
