Window Cleaning · Fort Mill, SC
From Baxter Village Porches to Springfield Fairways
Fort Mill is not one kind of house, and the glass changes with the neighborhood. Off Doby's Bridge Road, subdivisions like Massey, Whitegrove, and The Forest were built in the family-home boom, which means two-story entry windows, great rooms with a wall of glass, and stairwell panes nobody can safely reach from a step stool. Over at Springfield the homes back up to the golf course and were built to look at it, so the rear glass is the whole point. Baxter Village is a different animal again, closer to an old town center than a subdivision, with front porches, sidewalks, and traditional windows divided into small panes.
We have cleaned windows across the Charlotte metro for 30 years, and this side of the state line keeps us busy. Most of the work here comes down to three things: reaching the tall glass safely, getting the spring pollen off before it bakes on, and clearing the hard mineral spots the big irrigated lawns leave along the lower windows. Closer to Main Street, the older homes in the historic district need a slower hand around the window grids.
Wherever you are in town, from a golf-course view to a porch full of small panes, you get clear glass in every room and a home left exactly as we found it.
